General conditions - Boarding Card

  1. This lake passenger transport contract is governed solely by the conditions set forth in this boarding pass and the legislation of the Argentine Republic and constitutes the only valid document for boarding.

  2. The service will be provided on any of the ships available to the carrier, to be determined by the carrier at the time of embarkation at the port of departure.

  3. The service does not include food, drinks, or access to National Park jurisdiction.

  4. For legal and security reasons, the carrier reserves the right to refuse boarding and responsibility to parents or guardians.

  5. If the trip is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure related to the vessel, weather conditions (strong winds) or natural disasters (icebergs blocking the dock), or an act of authority, the contract is terminated with a refund of the ticket price and no compensation. The refund will be issued at the place of purchase within 24 hours.

  6. If the passenger cancels the hired service, does not show up or does not arrive at the pre-set time for boarding, they will lose the amount paid, without any right to claim.

  7. It is the passenger’s obligation to be present at the pre-set boarding time, and they are responsible for any inconvenience and delays caused by their lateness.

  8. Once the trip has begun, the ship’s captain may make changes to the route, based on safety reasons; in such case, the transport service will be considered fulfilled, without any right to claim.

  9. The carrier is not responsible for loss, theft or misplacement of objects, money or goods that the passenger carries with them.

  10. The carrier’s liability is limited in all cases under the terms and scope of the law of the Republic of Argentina in force at the time of the event.

  11. During boarding, their stay on board, and disembarkation, passengers must strictly comply with the orders given by the captain and/or the rest of the crew and/or the relevant authority (Argentine Naval Prefecture, National Parks Administration). Any violation will be reported to the appropriate authority for their intervention.

  12. Passengers must notify the captain on board immediately and before disembarking at the port of destination of any damage and/or injury suffered during the trip, as well as any complaints or suggestions they may have regarding the service, carrier personnel, or third parties, and/or any other situation that may have occurred. The vessel has a corresponding complaints and/or incident logbook for this purpose. If a passenger fails to make such notification, they will forfeit all rights to claim compensation.
